ABOUT ODEH
Odeh J. Issis joined the Southern Institute for Medical and Legal Affairs in 2014, shortly after his admission to the Alabama State Bar. Since then, he has developed a broad civil-litigation practice representing clients in complex and high-stakes matters, including medical malpractice, defective medical devices and products, premises liability, personal injury, and contractual and business disputes.
Odeh's practice is grounded in detailed case development — from early liability and causation analysis through written discovery, expert coordination, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. He has also served as lead negotiator in numerous mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, working to achieve efficient, client-focused outcomes while maintaining readiness to litigate cases through verdict when necessary.
The Southern Institute for Medical and Legal Affairs' national footprint has provided Odeh opportunities to collaborate with attorneys, experts, and clients across the country. He brings a practical, strategic approach to case strategy, with a focus on clear communication, strong preparation, and disciplined advocacy.
