Odeh J. Issis

Odeh J. Issis joined the Southern Institute for Medical and Legal Affairs in 2014 following his admission to the Alabama State Bar. Since then, he has built a broad civil litigation practice focused on complex matters involving medical negligence, defective medical devices, and serious personal injury.

Odeh represents individuals and families in high-stakes disputes from initial investigation through resolution, including trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution. He has served as lead negotiator in numerous mediations and settlement proceedings and is known for a practical, detail-driven approach that integrates strategic advocacy with a disciplined command of medical and technical issues. Through the Southern Institute for Medical and Legal Affairs’ national footprint, Odeh regularly collaborates with attorneys, experts, and clients across the country on multi-jurisdictional litigation.
