ABOUT JIM

In addition to his 39 years of legal experience, Jim has served as a legal educator, teaching property law and appellate practice at Miles Law School and instructing healthcare professionals in legal and forensic principles. His teaching experience reflects his commitment to clarity, precision, and effective advocacy. Upon entering solo practice, he represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, corporate disputes, and property litigation. His practice has been defined by a hands-on, detail-driven approach—personally investigating claims, working closely with experts, and developing evidence-based strategies to maximize client outcomes. Many of his cases involved actions against Fortune 500 companies and state and Federal agencies. Jim has spoken to groups on topics of disability law and witness preparation.
