Dr. Blaudeau received a graduate degree from Birmingham Southern College in 1981, and was granted a medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1987. He entered private practice in 1991, after completing an OB-GYN residency at Tulane University at Charity Hospital New Orleans.
During his years in private medical practice, Dr. Blaudeau frequently cared for patients who had been harmed by the negligence of others. Determined to help such individuals in all ways possible, he entered Birmingham School of Law in 1995 and graduated in 1998. Shortly upon his graduation, Dr. Blaudeau established The Southern Med Law for patient rights and to provide legal representation to the victims of negligent acts and dangerous products. As a result of his medical and legal backgrounds, Dr. Blaudeau is uniquely qualified to assist plaintiffs as they navigate the legal system in the most complex product liability and personal injury lawsuits.
