Evan T. Rosemore is an associate attorney and practices within the firm’s general litigation group. His practice involves representing clients in complex civil matters, including medical negligence, general personal injury, product liability, bad faith, and business disputes. Evan is also involved in the firm’s mass tort and multidistrict litigation practice. 

As a plaintiff’s attorney, Evan enjoys representing individuals harmed as a result of corporate greed, professional carelessness, and fraud. As the son of a physician and oncology nurse, Evan was exposed to the practice of medicine at an early age, and his experience with medicine enhances his ability to resolve questions of law and fact in convoluted cases.

Evan is a Birmingham native and his hobbies include basketball, running, wakeboarding, creating and playing music, and deer and bird hunting.

Evan graduated cum laude from Birmingham School of Law in May 2016, finishing the twelve semester program in eight semesters. He then passed the July 2016 administration of the Alabama State Bar exam and immediately entered practice with Southern Med Law.

In the fall of 2013, Evan enrolled at the Birmingham School of Law and began an accelerated graduation plan. During the first two years of law school, Evan worked as the Chief Compliance Officer and Tax Department Manager at Nadler & Associates, P.C. During his third year of law school, Evan completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Annetta Verin, Jefferson County Circuit Judge (Bessemer Division). After completing the judicial clerkship, Evan began working as law clerk to Dr. Francois Blaudeau and the Southern Institute for Medical and Legal Affairs. 

Before attending law school, Evan earned an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Alabama in 2012. During his time in Tuscaloosa, Evan served as a Dissertation Editor for the Science and Engineering Department; he was also a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society (Phi Xi Chapter), and Sigma Delta Pi National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society (Beta Alpha Chapter).
